The Pre-Primary Wing of Greater-Noida World School celebrated the vibrant and joyous festival of Dandiya, along with Dussehra, marking the triumph of good over evil. The event was a beautiful amalgamation of cultural learning and fun, giving our youngest learners an opportunity to experience these traditions firsthand.
The day began with children dressed in colorful traditional attire, lighting up the atmosphere with their radiant smiles and energy. The highlight of the event was the spirited Dandiya dance, where the children enthusiastically took part, swaying to the rhythmic beats of Dandiya sticks. Their synchronized movements and infectious joy were a true representation of the festive spirit.
In addition to the Dandiya dance, our little stars performed heartwarming skits and songs that captured the essence of Dussehra, showcasing the message of victory of good over evil through the tale of Lord Ram and Ravana. These performances were not only entertaining but also educational, helping the children understand the significance of the festival in a fun and engaging way.
The event concluded with an atmosphere of togetherness, filled with laughter, music, and a deeper appreciation of our cultural heritage.
