Mother's Day Celebration 2023.
Greater Noida World School organized Mother's Day. It is truly said, “God could not be everywhere and therefore he created mothers.” Mother’s Day is a celebration honouring the Mothers, as well as Motherhood.
The program began with a welcome address by Head Mistress, followed by the lamp lighting ceremony. The honourable Principal, Mrs. Manju Kaul Raina graced the occasion by narrating the valuable presence of mother in the child's life. Mothers are the emotional backbone of the family, who have the magic touch to heal all wounds and make all things beautiful.
The respected Chief Guest, Dr Bela, an eminent Gynaecologist with more than 35 years of experience spoke on Health & Hygiene. She reminded the mothers that their health is equally important along with their family's health & gave tips on various important points. We also had another renowned person, Mr. Akshay kumar as Guest of honour, an yoga instructor from Rishikesh, having more than 10 years of experience and has conducted several webinars. In today's life there are needs for teachers and mothers to have more skills to help their children physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, by learning different styles of yoga to bring good health, well-being and wisdom. He explained about the importance of yoga in our lives and presented some easy aasans for all the mothers. Various cultural programs were also organised in the honour of the beautiful Mothers. It was a fun filled day, To make it more enjoyable, Ramp walk was organised for the mothers. It was a pleasure watching the super excited Moms & their dynamic performance.
The celebration ended with a glamorous dance presentation by the lovely Moms, followed by Vote of thanks by the Vice- Principal.
